For large withdrawals (৳50,000 or above) KYC verification is mandatory. Withdrawals will be on hold until verification is complete.

Bj11 supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from a third-party number may be held or blocked.

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the amount will be fully refunded.
• Placing multiple related bets on the same event to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bj11. Involvement in any of these will result in account termination and legal action where necessary:

• Involvement in match fixing or any form of sports corruption
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Attempting to hack another user's account or breach the site's security
• Claiming bonus offers through multiple accounts
• Creating an account using someone else's information
• Any form of scam or fraudulent activity on the platform

Bj11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• If KYC verification is not completed
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• Detection of suspicious activity

To close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Bj11 is not liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet connectivity issues
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment provider failures
• Account credentials leaked due to the user's own negligence
• Temporary service interruption due to unforeseen technical issues
• Financial losses from betting are entirely the user's own decision and responsibility

Bj11 reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, it will be settled via Curaçao arbitration.
